Magellan is providing consulting services to the Community Action Program of Wyoming County. WCCA, established in 1968, is located in Perry, NY and provides day care services, job placement, emergency services and affordable housing to residents of rural Wyoming County, NY. Magellan is working with the Board and staff to prepare the organization for value based payments through an Organization Assessment, Infrastructure Plan, Implementation Plan and Value Proposition.
