We were with Uniland Development managing a successful topping off of their latest downtown building in the heart of the City of Buffalo on Friday. Once open, the building will house Delaware North Companies (parent company of Sports Service and owners of the Boston Bruins) and Homeland Security Administration offices.
A Topping Off Ceremony celebrates the work of the steel workers reaching their goal. The tree mounted on top of the beam as it is raised pays homage to the trees that were cut down during the building process.
